Nice! He should celebrate by listening to the Grammy-nominated albums of originals recorded by the One O’Clock Lab Band. I reccomend Lab ‘75.

When he’s done listening to the album, and after you’ve told him that all the tracks are either written or arranged by an 18-year old (at the time) freshman, then he can REALLY let it sink in...he gets to study THERE.
